The brief
Top Looks Barbers is a barbershop in Romford. Regulars want to sit in the same chair every time, so the shop needed a website where customers could book with a specific barber, rather than ringing up or walking in and hoping for the best.
The approach
We built a clean, modern site around the shop’s barber-pole branding, with a “Book Now” button never more than a tap away. Every barber gets their own profile with a photo and a short introduction, so new customers can pick the right person for their style.
Booking works like a mix of a booking system and an online shop. Customers choose their barber, their service and a time slot, and confirm it online. Each barber manages their own working hours and availability individually, so the calendar is always accurate without anyone at the front desk having to update it.
The result
Customers can see real availability and book a cut in under a minute, day or night, and the barbers stay in control of their own diaries. Fewer phone calls, fewer double bookings, and more chairs filled.
